KERS diverts the wasted heat energy from commercial kitchen appliances to be reused in heating the hot water supply. The KERS Collector has been specially designed to absorb high temperature waste heat. The stainless steel exterior, fully welded cover with internal radius baffles, ensures an even distribution of heat and restricts any residual grease build up within the collector.
